Do you understand English well but freeze up when it's time to write the email, speak in the meeting, or get to the point on a call? That's the gap this lesson closes.
I spent six years teaching English across Japan and I write professionally as an editor, so I'm comfortable with the exact things that trip up working adults — sounding polite without sounding stiff, getting to the point without sounding blunt, and speaking up in a meeting without rehearsing every sentence first.
In each lesson we work on what you actually need. Bring a real email, a message you're nervous about, a presentation you're preparing, or a situation you keep struggling with, and we'll fix it together — or if you'd rather just build fluency, we'll do focused conversation with gentle, specific correction. You'll always leave with something concrete you can use the next day.
This lesson suits intermediate learners and up who use English at work, or want to. Beginners are welcome too — I'll adjust the pace and keep the atmosphere relaxed. No judgement, no lecturing, just steady practical progress.

英語は理解できるのに、いざメールを書くとき、会議で発言するとき、電話で要点を伝えるときになると固まってしまう——このレッスンは、まさにそのギャップを埋めるためのものです。
私は日本で6年間英語を教えてきました。また、編集者として文章を書く仕事もしているので、働く大人がつまずきやすいポイントをよく理解しています。たとえば、失礼にならずに、でも堅すぎない言い方をすること。ぶっきらぼうにならずに、要点を伝えること。一文一文を頭の中で準備しなくても、会議で自然に発言できるようになること——そういった「実際に困る場面」を一緒に練習していきます。
レッスンでは、あなたが本当に必要としていることに取り組みます。実際のメール、送るのに緊張しているメッセージ、準備中のプレゼン、いつも苦戦してしまう場面——どんなものでも持ってきてください。一緒に整えていきましょう。もし「とにかく話す力をつけたい」ということであれば、丁寧で具体的なフィードバックを添えながら、会話練習に集中することもできます。どのレッスンでも、翌日からすぐに使える「持ち帰れるもの」がある——それを大切にしています。
このレッスンは、仕事で英語を使う方、これから使いたい方など、中級以上の方に向いています。もちろん初心者の方も大歓迎です。ペースを調整し、リラックスできる雰囲気を心がけます。ジャッジもしませんし、一方的に説明することもありません。ただ、着実で実践的な前進を一緒に目指していきます。
