Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 8 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 8 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 7 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

【レッスン概要】
ヨガと筋トレを混ぜ合わせたヨガ×フィットネスクラス。ヨガの動きやポーズに筋トレ要素を取り入れ、体を引き締めインナーマッスルを鍛えます。お客様の希望に合わせて、お腹・腕・お尻・足・背中などなど希望のパーツに集中して鍛え、引き締めて行きます。家でも汗をかき、やり終えた後には達成感が待っていると思います。ヨガとフィットネスで-7kgのダイエットを成功したことがあり、パーソナルトレーナーの経験もあるので、もしダイエットや体の引き締め・筋トレに興味があれば、是非アドバイスもさせて頂きます♪楽しく体を動かし、しなやかで美しいインナーマッスルボディを一緒に目指して行きましょう♪ ぜひお気軽にご連絡ください♪皆様とお会いできることを楽しみにしております♪(30分, 45分, 75分,90分レッスンもあります！)

【必要なもの】
・動きやすい格好
・ヨガマット（お持ちでない方は、座ったり膝をついたりしても痛くないよう、バスタオルやフローリングではないマットなど少し柔らかいものや滑りにくいものの上でやることをお勧めします。）
・お水（必要な場合のみ）
・タオル（必要な場合のみ）
・ヨガブロックやベルト、ボルスターなどのプロップス（お持ちの方や必要な方のみ）
・ブランケットやクッション（必要な方のみ）

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
