Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

【Class description】
 In this class, you will stretch, release and strengthen your whole body by moving slowly, mindfully and smoothly, synchronizing your breath with movements. It is a moving meditation that connects between body, mind and breath. We flow from pose to pose, one breath per a movement taking you a beautiful and dynamic style of flow incorporating standing postures such as worriors or langes, balance postures, detoxifying twists and some challange poses if you wish. Expect to feel very reflesh, renewed and energized after the class. Although this class is for who wants to move the body actively, it can be all level class with several modification available. I hope to see you in the class!(There is also 30mins half class!)

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
