"Am I bored or boring?" and Other Questions Answered

Unless you are trying to insult yourself, you probably do not mean to say, "I am boring."
Is -ing, as in "boring", the gerund, a progressive form, or an adjective? Answer: It is the present participle, and the function it performs depends on the context.
Is -ed, as in "bored", the passive voice, a perfect tense, or an adjective? Answer: It is the past participle, and--once again--the function it performs depends on the context.
I hope you will join me for a session in which we will focus on using grammar--in this case, the participles--to generate and remember vocabulary.
[This lesson is for intermediate and advanced students and could also be helpful to children working on their 中３英語. I will provide practice and reference materials.]
Note: If you want more practice with this topic, you can take the lesson more than once and request sessions that focus more on conversation with the concept, more on listening, or more on whichever aspect of the concept you want to practice.
