The EIKEN secondary exam tests your ability to communicate naturally and clearly in English, not simply to choose the correct answer on a multiple-choice question. The interview and essay components require you to speak with confidence, organize your thoughts quickly, and express your opinion in well-structured English. These are skills that benefit greatly from personalized, one-on-one practice with a native English-speaking coach.

Before we meet, I will send you a brief questionnaire to gather information about your EIKEN grade, your exam date, and the section you would like to focus on. I review your answers in advance so that when our session begins, we are working immediately on what matters most to you.

In 30 minutes, we will focus entirely on the component you need most, working through practice in the format of the actual exam. You will receive specific, constructive feedback and leave with a clear approach to carry into your preparation before exam day.

This session is well-suited for students who have passed the EIKEN primary exam and are preparing for the secondary exam at Grade 2, Pre-1, or Grade 1 level.
