课程介绍
AS OF 14+ - ADULTS
You will need a guitar! And a tuner.
10 minute Introduction
The student and myself will present ourselves briefly.
Ask the student what their guitar playing level & experience is.
Find out what music genres the student likes.
10 minutes Music Vocabulary
Prompt student to tell me what musical vocabulary
they can name using images and gestures.
Write down new vocabulary.
Describe simple vocabulary that will be used during the class.
Take notes of key vocabulary.
30 minute Simple Guitar Class
Simple strumming techniques.
Learn 3 to 4 notes.
Practice combining strumming with the given notes.
Learn simple lyrics.
Sing and play a simple song.
5 minute Questions and Feedback Time
How do you feel?
Did you enjoy the class?
Do you have any questions? / recommendations?
5 Minute Vocabulary Revision and Practice
Student and I choose 10 new words and/or phrases.
Student makes sentences with these words.
Optional Homework
Write a summary for next lesson about what you learned
during and after the class.
