Be confident and cool!! This lesson plan introduces the fundamentals of getting clarification whether you are with friends at a bar or at work or on a trip in a foreign country. You will learn how to ask for clarifcation appropriately in the right social situation.

- You will practice in many fun and challenging ways designed for YOU so that you sound cool and confident.
- You will learn correct pronunciation and this will help you in this lesson and throughout your language experiences!
- BE YOU. Learn how to "be you"....learn how to speak that sounds comfortable and shows who you are rather than soundihg like a boostore CD or student... BE YOU da yo!

講師的取消政策
課程包取消規定
• 「未開始」的課程包(1)隨時可以取消。取消後點數將全額退還。若欲取消「進行中」的課程包(2)，將退還剩餘課程的 50％ 點數。
(1) 「未開始」係指課程包尚未經講師確定。
(2) 「進行中」係指課程包中已有一堂課程經確定。（當講師確定第一堂課程預約後，系統將自動發送課程包剩餘課程的優惠券供之後預約使用。）

取消單堂課程包課程
• 若欲取消單堂課程包課程而非整個課程包，請至該課程預約詳細頁面取消。取消費依講師的一般課程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 課程費用為取消費」將不適用。課程包優惠券僅可能返還或抵用。
此為自動確認課程。
若選擇距離課程開始時間 30 天內的時段，則課程預約將自動確認無需等候講師確認。
除了課程包第一堂課程外皆適用自動確認功能。
自動確認課程不適用課程預約確認前的取消政策。
課程預約確定前
- 隨時可以取消。
課程預約確定後
- 課程時間前 12 小時內→ 收取 100% 課程費用為取消費。
- 課程時間前 24～12 小時→ 收取 50% 課程費用為取消費。
- 缺席→ 收取 100% 課程費用為取消費。
