Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 20 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 20 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 19 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

このレッスンは15分/20回分。本場ブリティッシュ英語を毎日聞いて話してみませんか？15分では物足りない、そんな人は30分/10回にも対応します。
希望があればMP3に録音したものをレッスン後に差し上げるので、通勤通学時に復習に使ってみてはどうでしょう。

予約方法はこちら↓
1．チケット購入後、予約（これが1回目のレッスンとなります）
　　レッスン内容、MP3の希望があればそちらも教えてください。
2．私から残りの19回分のフリーチケットを送ります。
4．あとはそのチケットを使って好きな日に予約してください。

平日毎日寝る前にちょっとだけレッスンしてもよし、週に数回きっちりやるもよし。
継続は力なり、一緒に頑張りましょう！


A set of 20 lessons of 15 minutes each which can be recorded and sent to you in a MP3 format. 20,100% free coupons will be sent to you to use as and when you feel free.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
