What do I know about it?
Well, I learned how to cook thanks to my Neapolitan nonna when I was a toddler, and I never stopped!

Ideal for: Pre-intermediate to Advanced learners (B1–C2).

What we will work on: ★ Reading & Pronunciation: Master menu terminology, ingredient lists, and culinary texts like a native.

★ Recipe Comprehension & Conversational Practice: Learn how to interpret instructions, balance flavors, and talk about food with confidence.

★ Materials & Customization: I will provide all tailored materials, but if you have a favorite Italian cookbook, a specific Neapolitan recipe, or a dish you’ve been dying to recreate, bring it along!
