So what is resilience? Resilience refers to the ability to bounce back from difficult or challenging situations, adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. It's not just about enduring hardships but also about growing stronger through them. Resilient individuals can maintain stability and a sense of well-being despite the challenges they encounter.

I'm here to encourage, help you see your strengths, and listen with compassion, empathy, and wise presence.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
