HOW TO CREATE A WINNING CV.
Most CVs that get sent out land up in the dustbin and don’t even get read!!!
Why is that? Well, simply put, THEY ARE NOT WORTH READING, because they are not well planned or structured. They resemble a long, boring “laundry list” of irrelevant details that the reader simply does not have the time or inclination to read!
To get your CV read, it must be both well planned and well structured so that it stands out from the rest of the job applications.
Some of the things that will be addressed are:
· What is the CVs objective?
· Is the CV "job-specific" or generic?
· What to include on the first page – it’s the most important page!
· Detailing your relevant qualifications and experience for maximum impact.
· What value can I add to the employer?
· Do I need to include an appendix?
· What about references?
