Would you like to understand yourself better and improve your English at the same time?
In this lesson, we’ll use fun quizzes, gentle prompts, and self-reflection questions to help you explore who you are and develop your self-awareness – all while building your confidence in English!
You can choose from these lesson themes:
1. What motivates you?
2. What do you believe about yourself?
3. What excites you?
4. What scares you?
5. What is most important to you?
6. What does success mean to you?
You can take just one lesson or take the 6-lesson pack and complete the whole series!
What each lesson includes:
· A fun mini quiz or thought starter (e.g., “I feel confident when I ___________”)
· Speaking practice through self-reflective questions
· Useful vocabulary and phrases related to the topic
· A personalized takeaway at the end
· Optional homework to help you reflect more deeply (only if you want to!)
If you take more than one lesson, we’ll also begin each session with a short review to help you remember and build on what you’ve learned.
