Writing statistical reports
課程介紹
Lesson Objectives:
- discuss 7 different academic report categories in the IELTS Academic module
- how to improve the band score in Task 1 of the IELTS
- using collocations to improve the Lexical Resource category in the marking criteria
- writing an effective Overview
Students registering for the lesson should
- be adult learners
- be aware about the IELTS Writing Task 1 module of the exam
- be at least CEFR B1 in English
- be prospective IELTS Academic candidates
Pre-requisites for the lesson:
- a pen and paper to make notes
- earphones for better audio
- a good internet connection for uninterrupted lesson
Materials used in the lesson:
The teacher will use her own material. Some internet websites will be visited during the lesson
