About the Class

Join a fun, 90-minute online cooking class where you can either cook along live or watch and take notes. Great for all levels — especially ESL learners or home cooks looking to improve skills.

How It Works

Choose your dish from the menu
Once a dish is selected and taught that week, it’s no longer available until next week
Book at least 3 days in advance so I can shop and prep
You’ll receive an ingredient list after booking and a full recipe after class.
