Hello
I´m new here, live in Germany.
I have a degree as a psychotherapist in Germany. I speak very fluent German, English, Spanish, Romanian, so you can speak one of these with me.
My interest in psychology goes a long way back, I actually always have read, did research and self-tested many psych. topics, I´m on ongoing training and very curious to learn new things like IFS etc.
CBT: I offer behavioural counselling, meaning we work on certain life areas, the goal is personal traits improvement/personality development. Such can be: procastination/self-sabotage, depressions, anger, fears, compulsive disorders like addictions, general overthinking, compulsive behaviours that are counter-productive.
RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING: Moreover, I have a extra training in this field.
For individuals only, not couples!, it means we look for ways to improve the communication, connection to the loved ones, also the communication between diff. attached partners like anxious and avoidant style or any other constellation. If that doesn´t work, boundaries, compassion self-work to improve the quality of a relationship, also with colleagues etc.
TRAUMA-INFORMED: For challenging situations at work or toxic relationships, I offer boundaries setting, emergency safety guideline, self-care routines. I specialize in narcissistic relationships or those to one toxic parent (here we work rather on stabilisation and brain reset, contact regulation, compassion, boundaries, self-care skills).
HOW LONG: To guarantee a steady progress, I recommend regularity to see a change, studies have shown that a new habit needs 1 months with ongoing challenge and 2 months to fully integrate it into our distressed daily lives.
DON´T WORK WITH: diagnosed narcissism, borderline, schizophrenia, suicidal active thoughts.
PRACTICAL APPROACH: I am NOT a proponent of traditional therapies where you dig deep and analize/talk too much, I advocate the new generation, I address limiting beliefs, loses etc., however, my focus is on finding relief in daily and not over-analyzing(except addictions,compulsions, fears, then yes CBT is the best).
BRAIN QUICK REGULATION: I do nervous system regulation by breathing exercises, small meditations on request.
IFS: I also have 2 courses in IFS and would also offer it on a not-advanced but with experience up to intermediate practice level.
