Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 3 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 3 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 2 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

日本語を学んで日本語でビジネスメールを書きたいけど、

「伝わるかな？」「間違ってないかな...」「丁寧な文章書けるかな？」

など不安に思うことはありませんか？

 

いつも書いている日本語のメールをネイティブが添削します。

日本人がよく使う表現やナチュラルな言い回しをお教えします。

いつも書くお礼のメールや依頼のメールなど、

自信がないものをお送りください。

例えば、「取引先に送るお礼のメール」、「先輩に送る相談のメール」など...

Wordなどにメール本文とどんな相手に送るメールか、添削の要望などあれば一緒に記載してお送りください。

【講座のながれ】

①　Wordなどに２００字以内で添削してほしいビジネスメールを書いてください。
②　書いたビジネスメールを送ってってください
③　提出日から４日以内に添削をお返しします。

※添削のなどの要望がありましたらお伝えください。
　メールを送る相手がどんな人か伝えていただければ、それにあわせて添削します。

※注意事項個人情報や機密情報などは記載しないようお願いします。
文章作成の都合上、やむを得ず個人情報や機密情報を記載する必要がある場合は、その箇所を「XXX」や「〇〇〇」などのアルファベットや記号で記載してください。

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
