Learn how to compose effective business correspondence for the North American market!

Following our initial conversation and our being in general agreement about what I need to focus on, each lesson in this series will introduce you to all kinds of different business documents - for example, email messages or letters - especially geared for a North American audience. We'll even talk about what kind of written material best suits specific situations.

I was born in Canada, and in addition to formal university-level education in communications, I have taught business writing and business communication at the college level. I can help you!
