Warm up (5 min)
Discuss and ellicit from students what kind of emails do they write
Have they ever worried that the emails are too direct and not professional
Presentation (7 min)
Task: Write a short email (2-3 sentences), to your manager, requesting a report.
This can be done in the "chat" function.
