Did you know that, in the early years of cinema, Germany made some very famous films, in the so called EXPRESSIONIST style, that have defined even Hollywood films today?
Films like:
  • Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari (1920)
  • Der Golem (1920)
  • Nosferatu (1922)
In this special Halloween lesson we will learn about these and other films from Germany, see some still images from the films to practice our German and talk about these or other (newer) films that you like :)
