More than 20 years legal and business experience has given me a great insight into how the legal practice changes in the global setting.   The world of law is really interesting, and at the same time becoming more challenging in the global environment.   In this class, we will discuss how the global setting influences the practice of law.    We will include topics such as the impact of cultural and legal differences,  how to frame arguments in a global context,  contractual issues in a global context; reading, understanding and using the law from your country in a legal relationship with multiple countries represented in the relationship.
