Have you had your heart broken, are you feeling lost and alone? Let's talk, let's begin to heal your heart, you are not alone, the sunshine is just around the corner. Unfortunately there is no quick fix for a broken heart, no magic words that will fix everything. It takes time to get over the pain and sadness, but it can be done. Talking about what you are feeling is the first step. I hope you will take that first step. You will not be alone on your journey to healing your heart, I will walk with you.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
