Needs Analysis is a formal, systematic process I follow with potential students to identify and evaluate training that should be done, or specific needs of an individual or group.

The 4 Steps that I will Follow to Conduct an Effective Training Needs Analysis

  1. Phase 1: Understand Short and Long-Learning Goals.
  2. Phase 2: Identify the Desired Performance Outcomes.
  3. Phase 3: Examine the Current Performance Outcomes and Identify Gaps.
  4. Phase 4: Establish and Prioritize and Determine t a Solution.
