Hello!
My name is Shivedh but you may call me Hari, and I’m from South Africa
I’m a TEFL-certified English tutor, and I enjoy helping learners become more confident and comfortable using English.
My lessons are friendly, patient and student-focused. I believe that making mistakes is a natural part of learning a language, so you don’t need to worry about getting everything perfect. We can work together at a pace that suits you.
I offer lessons in General English for beginners, English conversation, and practical Business English. Whether you want to improve your vocabulary and grammar, become more confident speaking in everyday situations, or practise English for the workplace, I’ll adapt our lessons to your goals and level.
I especially enjoy creating lessons that encourage students to participate and actually use English rather than simply listening to the teacher.
I’m also happy to meet learners from different countries and cultures. As a South African, I can introduce you to South African English while we learn about each other’s cultures and experiences.
Most importantly, I want my lessons to be a comfortable place where you can ask questions, practise, make mistakes and grow in confidence.
