As someone that used to struggle with being overweight, I know every small step counts to develop a stronger character, so let's do our best and slowly cut excuses.
I started my journey into sports and health around sixteen year old,at the time I weighed around 125 kilos, so I decided to take action before is too late to improve myself, and so I did. Without extreme diets or extreme exercises, but rather cutting what was harmful for me, I started to find pleasure and passion for sports and for the feeling of being active and energetic.

I dropped my weight to 85 kilos, and by the time I also was doing wrestling for around 10 years, there I became portuguese national champion, won a tournament that was a tribute to a famous portuguese wrestler, and also had the opportunity to be in some shows with some former WWE wrestlers, like Rob Van Dam.
One day I shared my story with the portuguese Men´s Health magazine, and they decided to use the story of my body transformation, I felt really grateful.

For two years I played American Football on the Portuguese League, my team was the Algarve Pirates, there I had the chance to meet wonderful people from all over the world, and I understood more than ever and I understood more than ever the importance and value to be a team.

Today I still carry the passion of improving myself, and live a life with purpose, and remind everyone with small changes we can live a healthier life, with simple and realistic advices, and if I by any chance i helped you, I will be grateful, because you are helping me chasing my purpose.
