Ao 讲师的个人介绍
Hello, I’m Ao. (I chose this nickname because I like blue, which is “ao” in Japanese.)
こんにちは、わたしはAoです（あおいろが、すきだから）。
I was born and grew up in Japan and graduated from a university in Japan and then got a master’s degree at a university in the U.K., majoring in the English literature.
Since getting back from the U.K., I have been working in a publisher as an editor. I also have some experiences in translation.
I like reading books (especially novels), traveling abroad (especially to Europe or Asia), going to art museums, seeing performances such as theater or dance and seeing/watching movies.
I provide the following lessons for Japanese learners.
1. Proofreading of Japanese Text by a Japanese Professional Editor

Send your Japanese writing up to 1,000 characters in a Word file, and I will proofread it and make suggestions to improve it or make it more natural.
Please note:
- General text only.
- e.g. あいうえお are five characters.
- No Skype lesson (Exchanging documents only).
- I usually return a proofread document within 48 hours, but let me confirm the return date when you request a lesson.
2. Japanese Conversation (English explanations available if necessary)

Level: All
This is a 25-minute lesson of Japanese everyday conversation. Just relax and tell me about what you like or what you are interested in! I can help with a little bit of explanation in English if necessary. If possible, please let me know what you want to talk about in advance.
I know how difficult it is to speak in a foreign language, so feel free to ask any questions and don’t be afraid to talk.
