Hello everyone.


My name is Ameri, I am a yoga instructor and I discovered yoga in 2000 and have learned many things with great teachers both nationally and internationally. It is my greatest joy to be able to pass on this learning and experience to my students in the future. I teach yoga, holistic self-care, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and various methods of maintenance of the body and mind as a whole.

 

I had never been good at exercise, but yoga was the only thing I was able to continue.

Not only does it leave you feeling refreshed after yoga, it also clears your mind!♪

At first I thought “Wow, what the hell is this?”, so in order to deepen my knowledge, I took a teacher training course, which naturally led me to the path of becoming a yoga instructor.


Yoga has become my life's work, and I would like to share the beauty of yoga with you. This is why I decided to create lessons for Cafetalk. Even if you are completely new to yoga, you will have no problem participating in the class, so please give it a try! Feel free to contact me.


 


As of this year (as of 2020), I have been teaching yoga for fifteen years.

I have taught a wide range of lessons from relaxing hatha yoga to mindfulness and senior yoga at culture centers and yoga studios in the Tokyo area.

I have studied around the world with a focus on various yoga and holistic therapies. Starting with Hatha Yoga, Oki Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yoga Therapy, but Currently, I am using Hatha Yoga as a base for each class.

Each yoga class is a slow-moving yoga class. We'll do a good preparation, and each time we'll have a brief consultation to discuss your condition and needs. I will take you through the lessons in a way that suits your needs. At the end of the lesson, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and give you advice on how to incorporate the lessons into your daily life.

In addition, I also provide guidance on how to maintain your shape and dieting.
