Ilenia Rossini 讲师的个人介绍
Hi! I’m Ilenia (native italian speaker), an historian, editor and Italian tutor. I’m 31 years old and I live in Rome, but I have also lived in Naples. I have a degree in Modern History from Università La Sapienza (Rome) and I have a doctorate (phd) in History, too. I have also written some entries of Enciclopedia Treccani, the italian national Encyclopedia (i.e. like an italian Encyclopædia Britannica).
I'm currently working as a History teacher at Università dell’Aquila, and I collaborate with an important Italian publisher writing history books for high school students. Sometimes I cook vegan cakes for a farmers market: it’s fun!
I love cooking, reading, posing as a model for photographers and running! But above all I love cooking and eating good food! I can cook all italian and Mediterranean traditional food, but I can also veganize it or make it veggie, gluten free, dairy free, etc.!
I'd like to improve your ability to talk in italian with conversations about history, culture, literature and art or any topic you like. I can correct, edit and proofreading texts in italian, too. But, above all, I'd like to teach you to cook all the italian food you want, so you can learn Italian cooking!
