My name is Miss Alana. I am a Native English Speaker from South Africa currently based in Bankok, Thailand. I have a Bachelor's degree, TEFL certificate and a Montessori teaching qualification. I was a teacher in Thailand for eight years teaching English Language Arts and Phonics in a fun and exciting way. No more boring lessons - we will have fun, interactive sessions that will make learning feel like an adventure. Whether we’re tackling tricky topics or having a chat, I’ll be right here to help you shine!

I have taught thousands of students reading using the Jolly Phonics method and have helped them gain fluency and improve their speaking and writing. 

I have experience teaching 3 year olds to adults and can easily adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of the students.
