Myself, and Subjects I will Tutor
Hi! I am a master's student in particle physics. I'm from Nepal, and am currently studying in Europe via an Erasmus Mundus program. I did my bachelor's in physics in India. So I'm very comfortable with talking about physics, as well as with using English in my everyday life - be it in academic or non-academic setting.
My lessons will be on topics related to physics (high-school level), as well as on the English language - grammar, reading comprehesion, and communication. However, I'm quite flexible on my lesson plans, so feel free to send me requests on topics you'd like to understand, and I'll try to plan the same :)
Teaching Style
In general, the lessons will have a pre-defined structure. However, they can be adjusted according to the student's needs and background. Advanced lessons can be planned if requested.
The idea is to make one feel feel comfortable with physics and English. I encourage curiosity and an atmosphere where a person feels happy to learn something new. So questions will be welcomed and discussions held as much as possible within the contraints of time. Practice will be prioritized through examples/excercises.
Students are always encouraged to let me know the areas they struggle in, or the learning method they prefer, so that the style can be adjusted accordingly :)
