Hi, there! Welcome to my Cafetalk corner! ☕

I'm Marianne. You can call me Yan for short. I have been an online English tutor since 2019. I have taught various kinds of students from different countries, age groups, backgrounds, and English levels (beginner to advanced). It was fun and interesting!

I have also taught different lesson types but my specialty is Daily English Conversation. It is also what most of my students prefer because they like to improve their vocabulary and everyday speaking skills. My style of teaching is easygoing and flexible. As a teacher, I would be happy to learn from you as well, so feel free to share your experiences and suggestions. :)

Besides teaching English, I love doing creative things like drawing, painting, writing, and crochet! Moreover, I like reading novels, and watching animes and movies. We can talk about these topics during our class and so much more! 

My intention is to guide you toward achieving your language goals and enjoy the journey along the way. Remember that all progress matters.
