Teacher Nicky is an exceptional tutor. The way complex grammar rules were broken down made them incredibly easy to understand. Mika-sensei's 25-minute beginner Japanese lesson is just the right length to avoid feeling overwhelmed but also to make solid progress. I've been taking this lesson weekly for the past few months and have noticed a huge improvement in my Japanese speaking skill and confidence. The lesson pack offers excellent value for those who are serious learners. I'm always impressed by Mika-sensei's warmth and her gentle, friendly manner, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She patiently waits for me to answer whenever I am stuck, which I appreciate so much! On top of all this, she uses excellent materials that allow me to practice new grammar points thoroughly, and to work at a steady pace. She also has a great ear, always bringing my attention to mistakes not only in my grammar but also my pronunciation - which is hugely important for an English learner of Japanese like me. Thank you Mika-sensei, I appreciate you so much and I look forward to many more lessons together!

絵を描くことが好きな子供が、本格的に絵の勉強を始めてしたレッスンでした。いつも自由に書いているのとは違い、初めは戸惑っていましたが、段々と基本がわかってきたようで、楽しめたようです。優しく丁寧に指導してくれる先生だったので、安心してお願いできました。

毎回、楽しくレッスンを受けさせていただいております。 うまく話せない時も、意図を汲み取ってくださり、スムーズに話すことができるように、会話を引き出してくださります。 こういうレッスンがしたい！と要望をお伝えすると、きちんと考えてくださるので、とてもありがたいです。

とにかくレッスンが楽しいです。とてもお話が上手で、こちらが特に準備していなくても、楽しい話題を次々と提供してくださり、レッスンはいつもあっという間に感じます。レッスン後には内容を整理して送ってくださいますが、とても丁寧で分かりやすくまとめられていて、復習もしっかりできます。皆さんにも是非おすすめしたい先生です。

テキストで新出語句を学ぶ際に発音だけではなく意味のわかりにくい点も説明をしてくれるのでとても役に立っています。

ドイツ語を話す勇気のない私に、できるだけドイツ語で話しましょうと提案してくれました。つっかえてもヒントをくれたり励ましてくれたりするので、何とか最後までほぼドイツ語で話をすることができました。 疲れましたがすごい達成感！ まだまだきちんとしたドイツ語には程遠いですが少しずつでも上達するようレッスンを続けていこうと思います。
