Hello everyone! ¡Hola chicos!

My old account had written references of students, but due to long inactivity, I had no other choice but to make a new one. Apologies for that~

My name is Jose and I’m Colombian. Currently, based in Seoul – Korea since 2014. What it was supposed to be a vacation trip, it turned into a master's degree, and shaping my professional carrer. So I can confidently call Korea my second home :)

Different circumstances in Korea made me realize my greatest passion is teaching languages -Spanish & English-, so I'm always happy to alternate this with my office work. Besides, I enjoy listening all kinds of music, cooking, discovering new food tastes and people along my journeys. There is plenty of fun and touristic places in Korea! Nothing like enjoying four seasons weather with my friends. :)

Let me tell you I have built more than 4 years of experience teaching Spanish in Korea (english too). I'm currently teaching at 2 academies to all kinds of ages, from Elementary school children, up to university students and office workers. All my classes are conducted online. Now I'm looking forward to continue teaching with Cafetalk

Learning how much my students have improved from "0" is truly rewarding and motivates me very much. I’d be glad to help with your Spanish, even if you think you are not a well-skilled speaker.

Your lessons are fully customized as I always keep myself collecting genuine and great materials for you :) We will be mainly following a textbook as well, which will be chosen according to your level (everything is to be sent as PDF file)

If you are willing to learn a new language, Spanish is one of the easiest ones. Each letter has one sound, and a lot of words are similar to English, Italian, Portuguese, French. More than 500 million people speak Spanish and it's the most spoken among western countries. Basic grammar is simple enough to start speaking from the beginning.

Spanish language has many different accents as you may know. Colombian Spanish sounds sweet, neutral and clear to all people :) Sounds perfect as it is!
