Hello! I am a recent college graduate from Evergreen State College! My hobbies include music(especially singing), table top roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons, online gaming, language learning, fiction, and poetry. Throughout my life I've been continuously fascinated by languages, I started with scottish gaelic, moving to Japanese, to Chinese, to Irish Gaelic, and finally back to Japanese. This is to say that I have much experience in the usual hangups and hiccups in the language learning process, which has resulted in various situations tutoring and helping language learners. I'm still incredibly interested in language learning and acquisition, and continue to read articles of the two. My experience tutoring and helping with languages has been limited to those not unfamiliar with the language, so I am not confident in my ability to help those brand new to English. I have also spent 2 years focusing on world cultures, histories, and languages, with 1 year focused on China and Japan, and another year focused on Ireland. This also included a trip through to China and Japan, though the Ireland trip was sadly cancelled due to Covid-19. I hope to help people with their language, and whatever else I may be able to help with, as well as to have fun meeting new people!
