LEARNING A LANGUAGE IS LIKE EATING CHOCOLATE!
Hi! I am Cassy. I am from the Philippines. I have been teaching English from students all over the world majority are from Japan and Korea. I specialized in American English. I had experience teaching kids and adults from beginner to Intermediate.
Me and my daughter.
I cooked okonomiyaki at home. My daughter loved it.
I am a budding children's book writer. I am an avid children's book reader. I love colorful things. I love to eat lasagna, ramen, shrimp tempura, gyoza, and ice cream.
I took up Business Administration in College and I used to be a Business Development Manager from an IT company. I must say that I am not a native English speaker but I was able to enhance English communication skill with my experience as a Customer Service Associate in a BPO company. Our clients back then were Americans, thus, I need to speak English for eight hours every working days.
I decided to teach children as my niche. Teaching children demands a great deal of energy and creativity, but oh so fun and fulfilling after every class.
Young learners have a different learning style. Some love music others love pictures and games. Some learn through arts and some through body movements, others learn through numbers and some learn by listening to stories. Let me help your child take advantage of their strengths by providing a fun and exciting class all the time.
Before I forgot, I am also a volunteer Sunday school teacher in our local church for more than three years by which I teach young learners ages 4 to 6 years old how to sing, dance, make simple arts and I tell them bible stories.
The earlier your child learn how to speak English, the better. They will have beautiful accent compare to late learners.
I believe that best teachers teach from the heart. I hope to see you or your kids in my class. Have a beautiful day ahead!!!
