Essential skills for tertiary studies.
This course will guide you through the essential skills needed for College and University study. The first lesson will be an introduction to the broad skills of Reading, Writing, Listening and Talking, the way you need to use them in tertiary studies. Further lessons will focus on your specific needs, for example, (1) Essay writing techniques, (2) Research using the Library and the Internet, (3) Preparing for giving Presentations, (4) Making correct reference citations (Bibliography) for your essays and reports. |
