Illuminations Canada and Japan and Christmas memories !

Like Japan, Canada has illuminations but a lot of people decorate their houses and some even go so far as to corrodinate them to music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VL9dQHMMfo

. I loved spending christmas eve driving around with my family watching the christmas illuminations in the near by subdivisons.

SO since moving to Japan its very impoant to me to go out and enjoy illuminations every year.

One of my ther favorite memories growing up , was with my grandfather. My Grandparents owned a fruit and vegetable farm , so every year my granfather made fruit baskets for friends, family and poor families in the community. We would drive around watching the illumiations and delivering these food baskets to people. It will always be a heart warming memory for me.

Of course I always enjoyed the family get togethers and food as well!

There was a beauiful Lights and music show and many illumiations and rides to go on, we really enjoyed ourselves.
