Was it a good idea to go for a 25km run in that heat?
I don't know.....

Thank you Christopher! This is the 'South Downs' in East Sussex. We are staying here to look for a house as we want to leave London ;-)
This is actually at the lower end of the beauty in this area! With over 100 miles of trails we have some absolutely incredible areas. It really is a hidden gem.
