Breaking Bad Habits!

Tracy R.

Hello everyone!

The first month of the New Year is almost over, and with that is the end of resolutions for some people. That's right, many people don't keep their New Year's Resolutions for very long. Almost 50% of people give up on their resolutions by the end of the first month!

Many people give up resolutions because they become discouraged that they aren't making progress. And why aren't people making progress? Because they get distracted or have bad habits.

That's what this article is about. And it's specifically about the bad habit of being distracted by our cell phones. So take a look at this article if you want to see some suggestions for how to break your bad habits so that maybe you can keep your resolutions!
