Use the Growth Mindset approach to reframe your belief system in everything that you do.

Billy

A person with a growth mindset finds freedom in their thoughts and beliefs.

They understand that certain people have special talents and that intelligence varies from person to person, but it is also something that can be developed and increased with effort and hard work.

They take joy in the learning process that comes from seeking new information, forming new strategies, and taking inspiration from others. They embrace difficulties and challenges as  means to develop new skills and grow.

They also possesses the following attributes and belief systems:

§  Talents, abilities and intelligence can be developed through effort and practice.

§  Embrace novelty with a desire to master new skills.

§  Find inspiration in others success.

§  Persevere in the face of failures and setbacks.

§  Accept criticism as a way to learn and

§   Use mistakes as learning experience.

Embrace the GGGG Formula:

1st G represents a Growth Mindset – i.e. Challenges help and Inspire me to grow by the success of others.

2nd G represents Grit: Learn to do the most difficult things, and your life will be easier – Challenge yourself:

a)      Have courage and show the strength of your character.

b)      Show great resilience.

3rd    G represents Gratitude: Gratitude opens up a space of light in every experience, it opens up the path for success to flow.

4th G represents Giving: Play it forward, and begin to offer your services to others and share with them what you have learned. While you shall be sharing your you gift with others, you will also empower them with a new “skillset”

In conclusion: Use the Growth Mindset approach to reframe your belief system in everything that you do.

A famous Henry Ford quote, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right,” This emphasises how much attitude determines success or failure.

Stay safe, kind & considerate.
