February is a cold, dark and wet month. We have to pass it to get to the sunshine and the spring.
The rains come, and beat down on us and the wind howls. We need to remember that the rain carries with it life and renewal; the plants and trees are sustained and nurture and grow and so must we.
Take this time for solitude and reflection, enjoy who we are and what life has to offer, but slow down and watch are changing world, soon the fast, busy summer will be upon us.
February equals love in many parts of the world with Valentine's Day right in the middle.
