Fluency is how well you communicate meaning rather than how many grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation mistakes you make.
There is a difference between accuracy and fluency.
You learn accuracy in school as your mistakes are being corrected.
You gain fluency by communicating with native speakers.
It’s difficult for you to speak fluently because you are not a native speaker, so you need help and constant practice to talk so easily and quickly.
Learning English requires commitment and consistency.
Fluency comes after years of practice. You need patience, more patience and lots of patience.
Keep at it. Don’t give up.
