Family traditions - why is it important?

Sometimes, when it comes to family customs, some sadly note that they cannot recall anything similar. This is a wrong approach: usually, there are traditions in every family, it's just that not everyone calls some usual features of family life that way.

Simple touching signs of attention, cute little things that are repeated day by day and are preserved for years, weigh much more to strengthen the family than broad gestures for mood or holidays.
A kiss on the cheek before leaving and upon returning, a farewell gesture at the window, a walk before bedtime, an evening story, family reading, joint cleaning or a Saturday meeting with friends — all this regulates life, and creates exactly the family comfort that everyone longs for and to which dream of returning after separation.
There is a good tradition in the soy family for many years - to go on a picnic in the summer. I usually cook our signature dish myself - barbecue, on a grill. What a pleasure! The cooking process itself. And then - to taste it in the family circle.
