Afraid of Santa, really??

Tutor Mercy

It's December and I can see so many excited for Christmas already. I am happy to let you know that I'm taking part in the Symposium this Holiday Season where I will be sharing how Christmas is celebrated in India. Another thing that I'm excited about is that I have completed 50 lessons on Cafetalk! Yay!

But wait, talking about Christmas reminds me of a funny story. When I was a child, I used to be afraid of Santa Claus. Can you really blame me though? I think it was probably the costume that made Santa look a lot bigger and I remember hiding behind my Mum as a four-year old when the Church choir came to sing Christmas Carols (accompanied by a Santa Claus). I then figured out that it is just a normal person with a costume:) As I grew up, I realized how much the Holiday Season meant to me and I always look forward to it.

What's one memory that comes to your mind every Christmas Season?
