Knitting is such a simple and enjoyable hobby! Especially during winter time. This hobby can be also be good for creativity as well as the environment. It allows us to create useful items instead of buying.
One of the benefits of knitting is that it encourages us to make and even reuse things. Maybe using recycled yarn is a way to make knitting more environmentally friendly.
The repeated movements of the needles can slow us down. It is a mindful activity. A way to spend time away from screens. For me, completing a knitting project give such a sense of achievement!
