Today, I started our conversation by talking about a book that I’m recently reading. That book is written by a biologist specialized in viruses. Even if it was Japanese, it is difficult to explain how the content is fascinating. I hope Rhys could understand my feeling about this book. And our topics turned about a shave. I asked some questions about it. I had a hard time making interrogative sentences. It might be better than before but I found that I have to improve my asking skill more. But I could learn somethings about shave that usually we women don't know. Thank you for the enjoyable lesson!

Thank you for the today’s lesson. In this lesson, we talked about getting passport and travel abroad. In our conversation, there was a point where I couldn’t come up with a good expression to tell what I wanted to say. Thanks to Rhys’ patient, somehow I could tell him my thought. Conversation was enjoyable as usual. Thank you!

Rhys is always generous to meet my request, and bends over backward to help me. I'm pretty fortunate to have a congenial tutor like him.

I'm sorry that I haven't been posted a lesson review.
I took a lot of lessons from him.
He is very kind and sophisticated so I enjoy talking with him all the time.
Additionally, his feedback is amazing, it covers grammar mistakes, pronunciation and new vocabulary.
I feel improving my english skills thanks to him!

Thank you for the enjoyable lesson. In this lesson we talked about reading habit, a rabbit hole, and the other expression that uses the term ‘rabbit.’ And I could ask if my response was appropriate for the message I received just before this lesson. Thanks to Rhys’ advice, I could answer to a superior person with confidence.

Thank you for the enjoyable lesson! In today’s lesson we talked about how much hard to follow conversation of native speakers. Rhys has been learning Japanese and French, so I could share this kind of frustrations with him. We couldn’t find the best solution in this lesson. Maybe, it just need long time and listening a lot of contents.

Thank you for the today’s lesson! Today, we talked about some news topics from a natural disaster to political scandals. I’m interested in news topics but we have too many news to pic up these days. Today’s lesson was a good opportunity to talk about current news topics.
Thank you for the very helpful feedback! The link that you sent me was useful too.

Although Rhys told me his internet connection seemed bad in advance, there was no trouble during our lesson. In today’s lesson, we started talking about invoices with the story that I forgot to send my invoice to my client. And our topics turn to about making spreadsheets, then google, and how much we have to care about our private information. I think that my mistake could lead fruitful conversation.
Thank you for the useful feedback! It’s always very helpful for my English improvement.

Thank you for the today’s lesson. It was fun as usual. Just a few minutes before this lesson, I was stung by something, maybe a bug, on my leg. So our conversation started about poisonous ants. I hope the bug biting me wasn’t such dangerous one. From insects to politics, I can talk about many topics in 25 minutes thanks to Rhys bringing many topics.

Another fruitful lesson with Rhys.Teaching grammar to non-native speakers must be tough, especially to someone who keeps asking,"How come?" like me.However,Rhys always prepares very well for our lesson. Today,he kindly sent me links to a website and YouTube so that will help me understand the grammartical item.

Thank you for the enjoyable lesson! In this lesson we had a wide-ranging discussion. From space to small shops. The topic of Mars mission by NASA led discussion of big businesses vs small businesses and then it triggered my complaint to a bookstore in my town.

It was fun working on "Transcribe Short Clips". I thought it was easy when I saw it, but once I started, I had to concentrate a lot. It's great way to test my listening and writing skill. Thank you!
