This was the second time I took a lesson with her. The first time was more general, but I felt like this time she knew my level. The exercises pushed me exactly to the point were I was struggeling but I still had fun! A 30 minutes lesson might seem short but she really makes use of every minute. I can recommend this lesson to everyone who wants to get into shape but is far too lazy on their own, like me. I'm planning to take her lesson again soon.

I'm really a couch potato, but she adapted the training to my level, so it was challenging but still fun! It's so motivating to see how easy everything looks to her! haha
I will try to repeat a few of the things I learned during the lesson and try out a different lesson again sometime soon I think.

I used to be really flexible when I was younger so I requested a lesson to help get some of that flexibility back. She led me in stretches that were challenging but not impossible :) She even gave me pinpoint advice on specific areas that I requested. I felt really refreshed afterwards!
