By the end of this lesson, students will be able to learn to identify and manage stress through a stress diary, recognising personal triggers and developing coping strategies. They'll understand stress awareness, management techniques, and reflection.
The stress diary will help track thoughts, feelings, and experiences, promoting self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Navigating Stress
1. Recognise: Identify stress triggers and patterns
2. Reflect: Use a stress diary to track thoughts, feelings, and experiences
3. Respond: Develop coping strategies and techniques
4. Relax: Practice relaxation methods (e.g., meditation, exercise)
 
At the end of the lesson, students will have improved stress management skills and a better understanding of themselves.
