Hello! I am an educational psychologist by profession and after many years of working closely with teenagers, I know that some of them are struggling with self identity, peer preasure, constant feeling of neglect or being misundersood, and Some teens are victims of abuse (physical or verbal), but it's not very often that teenagers are willing to talk to their parents about these things.
By breaking free from the constraints of silence, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and learn to lead a fulfilling and happy life, and counselling can help your teen child to deal with these kind of things.
