Feel free to talk to me, like meeting a friend. You can talk about what you want. 

You don't have to concern the materials, and we can just like a friend. 
You can talk about something like your interests, weathers, work, schools, cultures, languages, books, and entrainments etc. 

Speaking English daily can help you improve your English speaking and writing. 

After finishing the lesson, I will leave a feedback in our conversation, in order to make sure you understand. I will also have a list of vocabulary, which is relevant to the contents of the lesson. If you like, in the next lesson, we can have a chat in relation to a list of vocabulary we talked about in the previous lesson.
