まずは私がどんな人間かを知ってもらう自己開示を通して、ご自身に合う合わないを決めてもらうレッスンです。
気楽なトークからはじめて、私とのレッスンのゴールの設定まで、考えていきましょう＾＾
もちろん、はじめから50分レッスンを受けていただいても大丈夫です。
